Had a nice breakfast this morning. Had the opportunity to speak with the owner for a few minutes between her training, breaking in, some new employees. She was using careful and considered language and use the word “teamwork”several times in my earshot. The service was very good. The food was great and the value of the whole experience was excellent.
Within walking distance of the hotels in the Capital area. The outside front doesn't look like much but walk inside, and you will be amazed at how big it is. Daily homemade options for entrees and desserts. Red Beans with sausage over rice was delicious. Plenty of sandwich options for all to pick from. Highly recommend
Literally this was the best meal we had every day. So simplistic and perfect each time. It reminds you of a home cooked meal. Everything is cooked as you order it, meaning your eggs are actually over easy if that’s what you requested. Great price for the quality!!! Oh…and the pancakes????!!! Epic.
A terrific spot! I am amazed at how nice everyone is! Customer Service was amazing & our server was spectacular! The food was delicious! Everyone here in Baton Rouge has been wonderful! I'm telling you, They all Set The Example of Southern Hospitality! I'm impressed and so excited to be visiting here!
We went for breakfast and it was amazing!! The aesthetic makes you feel like you’re having a great big party at grandma’s house. I got the Three Pigs in a Blanket and felt satisfied, not only with my choice, but at the end of the meal. My mom got the stuffed French toast with fruit and whipped cream. It was sweet and moist enough that you don’t need syrup with it. Delicious! We can’t wait to come back!
Great food and good pricing! The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Location is everything and this is perfectly located within a couple hundred feet of the Hilton and a few miles north of the Raising Canes River Center.
This was my first breakfast visit here, truly impressive from the start. The pancakes plus pigs in a blanket were absolutely heavenly. Items like eggs, hashbrowns met a solid, satisfying standard. Prices feel fair, the atmosphere is comfortable, customer service stands out as friendly, attentive. A great spot for a relaxed, enjoyable morning meal.
I was staying at the bally hotel and wanted something for breakfast. I saw this place on maps and decided to try it. When I walked in it was very nice and the people were even nicer. The food was delicious 😋. I had a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and it was so good. It was my first time here but definitely not the last
Great food and cute place! Much better then the breakfast buffet at the Hilton and right across the street. Made fresh and the employees were friendly and quick with service.
I genuinely think this monte cristo might be the best breakfast I’ve ever had. The bread was perfectly caramelized and crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. The cheese + meat combo was perfect, the raspberry syrup was perfect, no notes. Will 10,000% be grabbing another one of these bad boys on my way out of town tomorrow.
